OCM Home User No Fix No Fee policy means that in the unlikly event the OCM engineer does not possess the necessary technical knowledge or is unable to resolve the problem or effect the repair, then no charge will be made to the client for the visit except from a small charge (£9.99) to cover travel time of the Engineer + petrol expense and for the reasons outlined below.
